By-law 2025-077: A by-law to amend Zoning By-law 2016-040 (rezoning of property at 15 Tamsin Street)

What this by-law does

By-law 2025-077 changes the zoning rules for the property at 15 Tamsin Street. It updates the official zoning designation to match the area after recent infrastructure repairs were completed. The change ensures the property follows the same land-use rules as neighbouring sites.

Who it applies to

This by-law applies to the owner and occupant of the property at 15 Tamsin Street. It does not change rules for other properties in the city.

Fines and penalties

This by-law does not set any new fines or penalties. General zoning enforcement rules remain in place under the Zoning By-law and the Municipal Act, 2001.

When it takes effect

The by-law came into effect on June 9, 2025, the day Council passed it. The updated zoning map was updated to reflect the change at that time. Before passing this by-law, the City reviewed the proposed changes to make sure they fit with the City of Wrenford Official Plan (2018). Staff confirmed that the new zoning supports safe growth and matches the surrounding neighbourhood.

What it amends

This by-law amends By-law 2016-040: Zoning By-law and the accompanying zoning map to reclassify the property at 15 Tamsin Street. No by-laws are repealed.
