By-law 2025-031: A by-law to amend Traffic and Parking By-law 2014-075 (Kingfisher Outdoor Pool)
About By-law 2025-031
On March 10, 2025, Wrenford City Council passed By-law 2025-031. This by-law amends the Traffic and Parking By-law 2014-075 to keep the area around Kingfisher Outdoor Pool safe and accessible.
What the by-law does
Renovation work is underway at the pool on 15 Kingfisher Court. To keep construction vehicles moving and protect pedestrians, this by-law establishes temporary parking restrictions along Kingfisher Court and Kingfisher Crescent. It also sets up a clear access route for delivery trucks and emergency vehicles during the construction period.
Who it applies to
This rule applies to all drivers, including residents, visitors, and delivery services in the immediate Kingfisher neighbourhood. You will need to follow the temporary signs posted by City Works staff.
Fines
Violations are handled under the Traffic bylaws and regulations. Standard provincial offences schedule fines apply for parking in a restricted zone or failing to follow temporary traffic controls.
When it takes effect
The by-law took effect on March 10, 2025, the day it was passed by Council. Temporary signs will be installed before the start of the renovation work.
