By-law 2024-127: A by-law to amend Zoning By-law 2016-040 (rezoning of property at 12 Corvid Way)
This by-law, passed by council on October 15, 2024, updates the City's zoning map and regulations to support future housing development at 12 Corvid Way. The changes align the property's zoning with the City's 2025–2035 strategic plan for community growth. This by-law took effect on November 14, 2024, and amends Zoning By-law 2016-040.
If you own the property at 12 Corvid Way, the updated zoning rules will change how you can use the land and what you can build. The amendment adjusts the permitted uses and density limits to accommodate the new housing framework. You must follow the new zoning rules once the by-law takes effect. Violations of this by-law can be dealt with under the Provincial Offences Act, 1990, and may result in fines.
