Registration for winter 2025 recreation, aquatics and arts programs is open now for all Wrenford residents. Starting today, December 13, you can book classes and activities through the Wrenford Recreation Online portal, by phone at 519-555-0100, or in person at any City facility.
As the temperatures drop, it is a great time to shake off the winter blues and stay active. You can sign up for swimming lessons for all ages, including preschool lessons and parent and tot classes. Fitness lovers can choose from strength and TRX classes, yoga and pilates, teen fitness, and gentle fitness for seniors. If you would rather stay dry, the visual and performing arts program offers pottery, dance, theatre and music courses for all skill levels.
Skating fans can book learn to skate and figure skating lessons at Westbrook Community Arena and Eastfield Twin Arenas. Drop-in public skating is also available at all City arenas. Families planning ahead can reserve spots in summer day camps for children aged five to twelve. Camps run from 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and feature themes like nature and trails, water and aquatics, and community helpers.
Before you register, log into your Wrenford Recreation Online account to confirm your contact details and save your payment information. This will make checkout faster on registration day. If you need help setting up an account or navigating the system, call 519-555-0100 or visit the Service Wrenford counter at City Hall.
"We have designed this winter lineup to give everyone a reason to get out of the house and connect with neighbours," said Fiona Gallagher, General Manager of Community Services. "Whether you are looking to learn a new skill, stay fit, or just enjoy a fun drop-in session, there is something for every age and ability."
Confirmation emails are sent within 24 hours of booking to reduce pressure on the online systems. For a full list of registration dates, program details and fee assistance options, visit Programs or Registration dates and tips.
