What to expect
Each class begins with a moment to focus the mind and a gentle warm-up. Instructors guide your movement and teach proper form before finishing with a calming cool-down. Our instructors are highly qualified and hold a minimum 200-hour certification from a recognized yoga or pilates alliance.
What to bring
Wear comfortable clothes that let you move easily. You will practice barefoot, so you do not need shoes. We recommend bringing a water bottle and your own yoga mat, though facilities may have extras available. If you need blocks or straps, feel free to bring your own.
