What are strength and TRX classes?
Our strength and TRX classes are designed to build muscle, improve your overall strength, and teach you how to lift and move safely. These small-group sessions focus on proper technique, core stability, and bone health. You will leave each class feeling stronger and more confident in your abilities.
How the classes work
Each session runs for about an hour. We always start with a warm-up to prepare your joints and muscles. The main workout focuses on strength and suspension training using free weights and straps. The exact exercises change every week to keep things fresh. We finish with a cool-down and stretching period.
The small group size means the instructor can watch your form and correct it in real time. You will also meet other residents who are working toward the same fitness goals.
What to bring
- Leave your outdoor footwear at home. You must wear clean indoor athletic shoes to protect the gym floors.
- Bring a refillable water bottle and dress in comfortable workout clothes.
