About the committee

The Regional Collaboration Committee brings together City of Wrenford leadership and representatives from surrounding municipalities to explore shared services and regional planning. The committee meets quarterly to discuss cost-saving partnerships, joint infrastructure projects, and coordinated policy development across the region. By working together, we can deliver better transit connections, streamlined waste management, and stronger emergency response protocols for everyone in Southwestern Ontario.

The committee focuses on three main areas: shared operational services, regional land-use planning, and joint procurement strategies. By pooling resources and aligning policies, the City of Wrenford aims to reduce costs while improving service quality for residents. The committee also reviews provincial funding opportunities that require multi-municipal collaboration. The committee's work directly impacts how services reach your neighbourhood. When municipalities share data on road maintenance, transit routing, or waste collection, you will see fewer duplicated efforts and more consistent service standards across boundaries. We encourage you to attend meetings, provide feedback on regional projects, and stay informed about how our city works with neighbours to solve shared challenges.
