Book a meeting room
Our three library branches offer quiet spaces for study groups, community meetings, and small workshops. You can reserve a room at the Main Branch, Northgate Branch, or Ambrel Lake Branch. Rooms are available in thirty-minute blocks. You can book up to two hours per day.
There is a standard rate of $25.00 per hour. A refundable $50.00 security deposit is required for commercial bookings and after-hours use. You must cancel at least twenty-four hours in advance to avoid a fee. We provide free projectors and whiteboards when you ask at the time of booking. Assistive listening devices are also available upon request.

Plan a school visit
Schools can schedule guided tours and library orientation sessions from late September to early June. Each group can include up to thirty students and four chaperones. We charge $4.00 for each additional adult chaperone beyond the first four. Students who do not have a library card can register on-site before the visit begins.

Start a reading group or club
If you want to host a regular book club, writing workshop, or study group, you can apply for a Community Reading Circles reservation. We reserve a few rooms each week for local groups. You must submit your request through the library booking portal at least two weeks before your first meeting. Please bring your own snacks and drinks, as kitchen use is not available in meeting rooms.
Classroom resource kits
Teachers and homeschooling parents can borrow themed Classroom Resource Kit packages. Each kit includes books, activity guides, and hands-on learning tools focused on topics like STEM, local history, and environmental science. Kits can be kept for three weeks. You need a valid library card to borrow them.
