Booking and renewal rights

The booking schedule is updated each year by October 31 for the following season. Priority is given to renewal users and groups with historical use on the track.

Renewal rights

You automatically qualify for renewal rights if your group books the same time slot, on the same day of the week, at the same track for eight consecutive weeks over the past season. Renewals are processed automatically. You will not need to apply, and you can cancel the renewal permit without a fee.

If you cancel dates and end up with fewer than eight consecutive bookings, you will lose your renewal rights. No-shows count as cancelled dates and will not be renewed.

Public booking

New requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. The public booking window opens on the first Monday of February at 8:30 a.m. Applications received before 8:30 a.m. will not be processed. Processing takes up to seven business days after the public day.
