Where to find the garage
The Market Square Parking Garage is located at 2 Market Square, Wrenford, ON N4Q 1A2. It sits directly across from the Downtown Transit Terminal, making it easy to catch a bus or transfer to Wrenford Access. The main entrance is on Market Square, with a secondary entrance on Ferris Street for northbound traffic.
Hours of operation
- Monday to Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Sunday and statutory holidays: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- The garage is closed for cleaning and maintenance from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Parking fees
Rates are based on a pay-as-you-go system. Payment is accepted through the Wrenford Transit mobile app, credit card, or coin at the pay stations on each level.

Monthly and special permits
If you park at the garage regularly, a monthly permit saves you money. Permits are issued as digital passes. Print them or show them on your phone when entering the garage.
- Monthly Garage Permit: $95.00 per month. Available to downtown residents and employees.
- Residential Parking Permit: $75.00 annually for street parking in restricted zones.
- Student Parking Permit: $50.00 annually for full-time students.
- Accessible Parking Permit: $25.00 annually for residents with a valid provincial accessibility decal.
- Visitor Parking Permit: $25.00 annually, up to two per home.

Rules and regulations
We keep the garage and surrounding streets safe and clear for everyone. Please follow these guidelines:
- Snow route parking ban: During the overnight ban from December 1 to March 31 (2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.), you cannot park on any snow route, including the streets around the garage. If you need an exemption for a verified mobility condition, apply at Apply for a snow route parking ban exemption.
- Loading zones: Do not block loading zones marked with yellow curbs. Violations are ticketed under the Traffic and Parking By-law 2014-075.
- Car-share vehicles: Actively rented car-share vehicles get free parking for up to two hours at metered spaces nearby.
- Overnight parking: Vehicles must be removed before 6:00 a.m. on the following day. Abandoned vehicles are reported to By-law Enforcement.
Accessibility and transit connections
The garage is fully accessible. Look for the accessible parking spaces on Level 1, located near the main elevator. These spaces require a valid provincial accessibility permit. Elevators connect all levels to the street and the transit terminal.
Electric vehicle drivers can use the Level 2 charging stations located in the designated EV zones on Level 1. The rate is $0.32 per kilowatt-hour. An idle fee of $0.50 per minute applies after five minutes once your vehicle stops charging.
