How to register and speak
If you want to share your thoughts on an agenda item, you must register as a delegation before the meeting. You can appear in person, join virtually using the provided link, or submit a written brief for the record.
- Registration deadline: 4:30 p.m. on the Friday before the scheduled meeting.
- Speaking time: You have five minutes to present your points.
- Virtual attendance: Registered delegates receive a unique link by email. Blocked numbers are not accepted for dial-in.
- Written briefs: Required for Council meetings. Not required for committees, but recommended.
To register, complete the online form or contact the council meeting support team. Provide your name, mailing address, the agenda item you wish to discuss, and whether you are speaking in person, virtually, or submitting in writing only. If you are representing an organization, include the organization's name.
Accessibility and support
Wrenford is committed to making meetings accessible for everyone. The Council Chambers have wheelchair access through the Water Street entrance. Assistive listening devices, large print agendas, and Braille materials are available upon request. Please submit accessibility needs at least ten business days before the meeting so we can arrange the proper services. Transit tickets are provided for speakers attending public hearings on the day of their presentation, and parking validation is available in the City Hall parkade.
