Upcoming meetings
Agendas and background reports for upcoming City Council and committee meetings are posted online. You can download the documents or view them on your device.
- City Council: Meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
- Planning and Environment Committee: Meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
- Committee of Adjustment: Meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.
Agendas are posted on the website by 5:00 p.m. on the Friday before each meeting. For full dates and locations, see the meeting calendar.
Past meetings and recordings
You can view confirmed minutes, reports, and archived video for meetings held over the past eight years. Video recordings include automated captions for accessibility. Recordings stay online for 24 months before moving to offline storage.
To view a recording, select the meeting type, then the date. Click the View dropdown and select Minutes (HTML). Click a linked item in the minutes to jump to that point in the video.
Live meetings
All regular meetings are livestreamed. You can watch live on the City's official YouTube channel or follow the live agenda items using the interactive tracking tool.
Accessibility and participation
Complimentary transit tickets and parkade validation are available for residents participating in person at public hearings and standing policy committee meetings. If you need accommodations, request them through the meeting support team at least two weeks before the meeting.
