Hiring process timelines
Here is what you can expect after you submit your application.
- Screening (2 to 4 weeks): Our hiring managers review applications. We do not use artificial intelligence to filter candidates. Every application is read by a person.
- Assessments: Some roles require a skills test or written questions before an interview.
- Interviews: Most positions have one or two interviews. They focus on your past work experience and how you handled challenges.
- Reference checks: We contact your references after the interview stage.
- Job offer: Offers are made after successful reference checks. External candidates must also pass a criminal record check. If you have a record, please still apply. We review each case fairly.
Check your application status
Log in to your profile and go to the Jobs Applied To tab. You will see one of these statuses:
- Under Review: Your application is being screened. You can still upload new documents while this status shows.
- In Progress: You are being considered for an interview.
- Closed: The position has been filled or the competition is cancelled. You will receive an email when a file closes.
Note: We cannot update an application once it is submitted. You must submit a new application if you need to change your resume. Follow the steps at Job application process for detailed instructions on submitting your application.
