We are committed to creating an accessible hiring process. If you need an accommodation during the application or interview, let us know and we will work with you.

Next steps

Most recruitment processes take four to six weeks from posting to offer. We conduct reference checks and may require job-related assessments or medical exams. You will receive regular email updates on your application status. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview with the hiring manager.

Seasonal and temporary roles

We hire temporary staff every spring and summer for parks maintenance, pool operations, and event support. We also hire winter staff for snow clearing and salt spreading. Seasonal job postings appear on the Careers page each February and October. These roles often lead to permanent positions for high performers.
