Supervision requirements
Children 7 years old and under must be in the water at all times. A responsible guardian aged 16 or older must stay within arm's reach. One guardian can supervise up to three children. If you need a break, bring a friend or family member to watch your child.
Health and hygiene
Your health matters to everyone in the pool. Please shower with soap before entering the water. If you have a communicable disease, open sores, diarrhea, or an ear, nose, or throat infection, please stay home. Pregnant patrons and those with heart conditions or high blood pressure should check with a doctor before swimming. Toddlers who are not toilet-trained must wear a swim diaper and water-resistant pants.
Safety and conduct
Keep the pool deck safe and clean. Do not run, horseplay, or dive in shallow areas. Street shoes are not allowed on the deck; wear bare feet or water shoes instead. Alcohol, drugs, smoking, and vaping are prohibited on site. If you are asked to leave during an emergency or at the end of the day, please exit quickly and safely. You have 15 minutes after closing time to finish changing and leave the building.
Mermaid fins and training gear
Mermaid fins are not permitted in the water. Mono-fins used for fitness training are allowed. Check with staff before bringing any other aquatic equipment.
Swimwear policy
We welcome everyone. You must wear attire that covers your genitals and meets public health standards. Acceptable swimwear includes bathing suits, swim trunks, board shorts, rash guards, wetsuits, and modest options like burkinis or swim hijabs. Clothing that absorbs water, like jeans or sweatpants, or items designed for intimate purposes are not allowed. If you need a swim diaper, please wear one.
Aquafit and drop-in sessions
Registration for aquafit classes opens three days before the session at noon. You can register online or at the front desk. We reserve 20 per cent of spaces for drop-in visitors. If you missed registration, you can pay a drop-in fee before the session starts. You must pay when you enter and cannot buy a ticket for later in the day.
Group bookings and facility rentals
Notify staff in advance if you are bringing more than 10 people to a session. For group bookings at an indoor pool, contact the specific facility directly. Private event rentals, commercial filming, and private lessons require a separate permit or application. Contact the facility manager to discuss your needs.
Photography
Using cameras or cell phones in the pool area or change rooms is not allowed without staff approval. Please ask the supervisory team at your pool before taking any photos.
