Find public art across the city
Use our interactive map to locate every commissioned artwork installed in Wrenford. The map covers pieces in parks, along the Tamsin River Trail, at transit stops, and outside City Hall and recreation centres. You can search by neighbourhood, artwork type, or artist name. Each pin on the map links to a profile with the artist’s background, materials used, and the story behind the piece.
What you will see on the map
The map shows over 200 artworks that make up the Public Art Collection. These pieces were brought to Wrenford through the Public Art Commission Programme, which sets aside one per cent of eligible capital project budgets for new commissions. You will also see rotating installations at the Fallsview Arts Centre and Railside Gallery, as well as temporary murals and crosswalks approved by Council.
How to use the map
Open the map on your phone or computer. Type an address or a neighbourhood name to zoom in. Use the filter buttons to show only sculptures, fountains, murals, or memorials. Click a pin to read the full description and see photos. If you are planning a walking tour, you can export a list of stops near your home or workplace.
Keep the collection safe and growing
The City cares for these pieces through the Public Art Reserve fund and a dedicated maintenance schedule. If you notice damage, graffiti, or a safety hazard with any artwork, please report it using the Public Art Issue Reporting Form. Our team responds within 48 hours to secure or repair the piece.
We also welcome ideas for new art. The Public Art Committee meets monthly from March to November in the Council Chambers to review proposals and plan future installations. You can join the committee, submit a design for a capital project, or attend a public unveiling by visiting our events page.
