The City of Wrenford is now accepting applications for outdoor field rentals for the Spring 2025 season. The booking window opens today, March 15, and runs until May 15, 2025.
You can book fields at Ambrel Lake Park, Riverside Flats Park, Benchlands Lookout Park, Centennial Gardens and Wildrye Park. The City uses a lottery system for popular time slots to keep access fair for all community groups and leagues.
Applications must be submitted online through the Book a sports field portal. You will need to upload a certificate of liability insurance naming the City of Wrenford and a copy of your club constitution. A refundable $100.00 cleaning deposit is required with every booking.
Standard rental rates are $85.00 per hour for Class A premium grass fields and $55.00 per hour for Class B standard grass fields. Bookings made fewer than fourteen days in advance will be charged a $20.00 late submission fee.
"Families and community groups have been asking for more accessible ways to organize spring leagues," says Maya Chen-Watson, Parks Planner. "We are opening the booking window early this year to give everyone a fair shot at getting their preferred dates."
All field rentals require a 14-day cancellation notice for a full refund. If you need to change your booking date, please submit a request through the online portal at least seven days before your scheduled time.
