The City of Wrenford is preparing the Kingfisher Outdoor Pool and splash pad at 15 Kingfisher Court for the upcoming summer season. The facility will open from late June to Labour Day, offering swimming lessons, public swim sessions, and splash pad play for all ages.
Registration for spring and summer programs opens on the first Monday of March. You can sign up for swimming lessons, drop-in swim sessions, and day camp activities online or by calling the facility at 519-555-0125. The pool operates under standard indoor pool guidelines to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.
"We are focused on making sure every family in Wrenford has access to safe, affordable outdoor recreation this year," says Fiona Gallagher, General Manager of Community Services. "Our team is completing equipment checks, water quality testing, and staff training ahead of the opening."
The splash pad at Kingfisher Park runs alongside the pool and provides a free, shallow water play area for younger children. You are encouraged to review the operating schedule and seasonal hours once the City publishes the full summer calendar in May.
If you need help with program fees, you can apply for a Leisure Access Card at the Service Wrenford counter in City Hall. The card gives you reduced registration rates and fee waivers if you qualify.
