About the Leisure Access Programme
The City of Wrenford believes recreation should be open to everyone. If you or your household are experiencing financial hardship, the Leisure Access Programme helps you pay for drop-in programs, lessons, and facility rentals at our leisure centres and arenas.
Who qualifies?
You may qualify if you or someone in your household receives one of the following:
- Ontario Works
- Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)
- Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS)
- Ontario Child Benefit (OCB)
- Any other income-tested federal or provincial social program
If you do not receive one of these programs, you may still qualify based on your household income. We review each application individually.
What does it cover?
A Leisure Access Card gives you reduced or free access to:
- Drop-in fitness and wellness classes
- Swimming lessons and aquatics programs
- Learn-to-skate and hockey skills sessions
- Summer day camps and day camp activities and themes
- Facility rentals at Tamsin Valley Leisure Centre, Northgate Aquatic Centre, Westbrook Community Arena, Eastfield Twin Arenas, and Ambrel Lake Recreation Centre
The card is valid for one registration season. You will need to renew it each season by bringing updated income proof.
