The City of Wrenford is pleased to announce that the 2023 water quality report is now available online. This annual publication shares the results of thousands of daily and weekly tests taken from the Tamsin River source through the water treatment plant and out to your tap.
The report covers everything from routine bacteria checks to mineral content and lead monitoring. For example, Wrenford’s tap water typically registers between 160 and 190 milligrams per litre of hardness, which is perfectly safe and expected for our area. The document also outlines how the City handles boil water notices and tracks water main flushing schedules to keep the system clean.
“We take the safety of your tap water seriously,” says Patrick Nguyen, Water Operations Manager. “Every number in this report shows that our crews are doing the work needed to protect public health and keep the Tamsin River healthy for everyone who relies on it.”
