Registration for summer day camps and all other summer recreation programs opens today, May 7, 2024, on Wrenford Recreation Online. Families can start booking activities right away for children ages five to twelve.
Summer day camps give kids a chance to play, make friends, and enjoy the outdoors while giving parents a reliable place for childcare. Camps run through August and offer both full-day and half-day options each week. You can expect themes like nature and trails, water and aquatics, arts and culture, sports and games, and visits from community helpers. Activities run from 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. daily, and charter bus transit is provided for off-site field trips. We also offer visual schedules and quiet spaces to make sure every child feels comfortable and included.
There are three ways to register. You can sign up online through Wrenford Recreation Online, call us at 519-555-0100, or visit a recreation centre in person. We have updated our online system to process registrations more quickly. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking, so check your inbox and spam folder after you pay. If you need help setting up an account or updating your payment details, visit our registration help page before the rush begins. You can also build a custom guide on the portal to see only the classes that fit your schedule, age groups, and favourite locations.
"We want every child to have a safe, fun, and active summer in Wrenford, and we are ready to welcome them back to our pools, fields, and studios," says Caroline Dubé, Recreation Programs Coordinator. "Families are encouraged to log in early to secure their preferred time slots."
