Residents can now apply for their annual residential parking permits for the 2024–2025 term starting today, May 1, 2024. If you live in a restricted parking zone in Wrenford, you can secure your spot by applying through the city's online portal or by visiting the Service Wrenford counter at City Hall.
You will need to reapply each year and upload a digital copy of your proof of residency to complete your application. Permits are issued as digital passes that you can display on your device or print at home. Physical decals are no longer mailed to residents. Make sure your vehicle information is up to date so by-law officers can verify your permit quickly.
Annual residential permits cost $75.00. If you need a permit for visitors, students, or residents with a provincial accessibility card, separate categories are available at lower rates. You can pay by credit card online or by cash and cheque at City Hall.
Having a digital permit makes it easier for you to manage your parking in restricted zones, and it helps our by-law officers enforce the rules fairly and quickly.
Robert Eng, City Manager
Keep in mind that residential permits will not be renewed if you have outstanding parking tickets. Please pay any outstanding fines through the pay or dispute a parking ticket page before applying. You also need to ensure your mailing address is current with the city so you receive important notices.
