Whether you are booking a park shelter for a family reunion, an ice pad for a hockey practice, or a gymnasium for a tournament, Wrenford offers affordable rental options for residents and non-residents. Rates differ based on who is booking (minor or adult), when you are booking, and where the event is held.
All rates are in Canadian dollars. Residential rates apply to anyone with a valid Wrenford address. Non-residents pay the standard rate. Minor rates apply to programs or groups where participants are under 18, unless otherwise noted.
Park shelters and picnic sites
Shelters are available for booking from the May long weekend to the weekend of Thanksgiving. You can book four-hour morning (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) or afternoon (2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) blocks. A $15.00 administration fee applies to every booking. Canopies under 3.0 m by 3.0 m are allowed, but staking is not permitted. Alcohol is only allowed at sites with posted signage.

Arenas and ice time
Ice and dry pad rentals are available at Westbrook Community Arena, Eastfield Twin Arenas, and Northgate Aquatic Centre. A $100.00 cleaning deposit is required and is refunded if the space is left clean. Bookings must be cancelled at least 14 days in advance for a full refund.

Fieldhouses and gymnasiums
Gymnasiums and dry pads are available at Tamsin Valley Leisure Centre, Ambrel Lake Recreation Centre, Westbrook Community Arena, and Eastfield Twin Arenas. Soft-soled footwear is required. A $25.00 refundable deposit applies. Proof of liability insurance is required for all bookings.

Outdoor pools
Kingfisher Outdoor Pool offers full pool rentals during the outdoor pool season (late June to Labour Day). A $50.00 refundable cleaning deposit is required. Cancellations made within seven days are subject to a $25.00 administration fee.

Performing arts and community halls
Fallsview Arts Centre offers the main theatre and studio space for performances, rehearsals, and community events. A $300.00 refundable deposit covers cleaning and security. Technical rehearsal days are available for an additional fee.

Additional fees and policies
Insurance: Most indoor facility bookings require a certificate of liability insurance naming the City of Wrenford as additionally insured.
Cancellations: Full refunds are given for cancellations made 14 days or more before the booking date. Cancellations between 7 and 13 days receive a 50% refund. No-shows may result in a suspension of booking privileges.
