Recreation programmes for adults focus on health, creativity, and lifelong learning. You can join evening classes in painting, photography, and woodworking. recreation programmes and centres for seniors lists all drop-in and registered courses for older adults.
Our Senior Strength & Mobility and Cognitive Wellness classes combine gentle movement with brain-health activities. These programmes are led by certified instructors and designed for all fitness levels. Registration opens on the first Monday of December for winter courses and the first Monday of March for spring and summer courses.
