Access your online account
Log in to the City of Wrenford's water billing portal using your property address and account number. You can view past bills, make secure payments, and change your contact information without visiting City Hall. The portal is secure and tracks your usage history over time.
View and download bills
Your water bill is sent every two months. When you log in, you can see your current balance, view detailed usage history, and download a copy of your bill in PDF format. Bills cover water consumption, wastewater treatment, and the fixed service charge. You can also set up email or text alerts to be notified when a new bill is ready.
Make a payment or set up auto-pay
You can pay your bill online using a credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer. If you prefer, you can set up pre-authorized payments to split your bimonthly bill into monthly instalments. This helps you avoid late fees and keeps your account current. Pre-authorized plans are available for all parts of your water and wastewater bill.
Update your contact information
If you have moved or changed your phone number or email address, update your profile online. We use this information to send you billing notices, boil water advisories, and emergency alerts. If you are moving within Wrenford, you can transfer your water and waste services directly through the portal. If you are moving outside the city, you will need to close your account and open a new one at your new address.
Report a leak or request a meter reading
Use your online account to report a suspected water main break or a leak on your property. You can also request a manual meter reading if you believe your bill does not match your actual usage. Our team will review the request and contact you if a site visit is needed.
