Report a missing or damaged street sign
If you notice a street sign that is missing, bent, covered by overgrown branches, or otherwise damaged, please report it. Clear signage keeps our roads safe and helps drivers and pedestrians navigate the city.
How to report it
You can submit a service request through the Service Wrenford online portal or call 311 from inside city limits. When you report it, please include:
- Your name and contact information
- The exact location or cross streets
- A clear description of the problem
- A photo, if you have one
What happens next
Our Roads & Winter Maintenance team reviews every report. Staff will visit the site to check the damage and schedule a repair or replacement. We will email you once the work is completed. If the sign is in a dangerous spot and blocking traffic, please call 911 immediately.
Need a new sign installed?
If a sign is completely missing and there is no record of it, or if you want a new sign added, you may need to apply for a street naming application or a street use permit. Our Roads team can advise you on the process.
