Access your payment history online
You can view your full property tax payment history online through the Wrenford eProperty portal. The portal gives you a secure, up-to-date record of every transaction linked to your property.
What you can see in your account
- A complete list of payments made, including dates and amounts.
- Current and past balances for interim and final tax bills.
- Records of instalment plans, penalty charges, and refunds.
- Confirmation numbers for online and phone payments.
How to log in
To view your history, you need to sign in to your Wrenford eProperty account. You will need:
- Your property roll number (found at the top of your tax notice).
- Your access code (also printed on your tax notice).
Once you are logged in, select the Payment History tab from the main menu. Your account will display transactions going back several years.
Download or print statements
Wrenford eProperty lets you save your payment history as a PDF. You can print a copy for your records or attach it to a loan or insurance application. Use the Download or Print button at the top of the transaction list.
Need a paper copy?
If you do not have internet access or need a certified statement, you can visit the Revenue and Water Billing office in person or request a copy by mail. Bring a photo ID and your roll number.
