Library board meeting minutes

The Wrenford Public Library Board meets regularly to set library policy, approve budgets, and guide daily operations. The Board works independently from the City of Wrenford, though the City provides the funding and office support.

How to view past minutes

You can read the minutes from every Board meeting on the library's website. They are posted as free PDF files within ten business days after the meeting ends. If you do not have internet access, you can pick up a printed copy at the Main Branch front desk.

What the minutes cover

The minutes are a public record of the Board's discussions and decisions. Each set of minutes includes:

  • A summary of the agenda items discussed
  • The results of votes on motions
  • Notes from public presentations
  • Attachments for financial and staff reports

Meeting schedule and location

The Board meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. Regular meetings are held in the Main Branch community room. The Board may also host special sessions at other library branches or at City Hall. All meetings are open to the public, and you are welcome to attend.
