The City of Wrenford is launching a new online dispute portal at Service Wrenford to simplify how residents handle parking tickets, effective August 25, 2025. This update replaces the old paper-based system with a secure digital process managed by City By-law Enforcement.
Residents can now log in to the Service Wrenford portal to access ticket details, upload evidence, and schedule hearings directly. The previous process required mailing paperwork or visiting City Hall in person, which often delayed hearings by weeks. The new system tracks every step and sends email confirmations so you always know where your case stands.
"We wanted to remove the guesswork and paperwork from the appeals process," says City Manager Robert Eng. "Residents can now handle their ticket disputes from home, and our by-law team gets the evidence they need to review cases faster."
If you have a ticket related to the Traffic and Parking By-law 2014-075, check your mail or the Service Wrenford portal for a secure link. Appeals must be filed within 15 days of receiving the ticket to avoid a collection fee. The Provincial Offences Court remains open on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for those who prefer in-person support or have complex cases.
