The City of Wrenford is now accepting applications for 2025 park rental permits. You can submit your requests starting today through the online application portal or in person at Wrenford City Hall.
You are encouraged to submit your requests at least 30 days before the planned event date. This lead time allows the Parks & Trails team to review site requirements, confirm availability, and ensure all safety standards are met. Permits are required for commercial activities, special events over 50 people, filming, and any commercial use of City parks.
You must provide proof of general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000. Application fees are set at $150.00 for a standard business or filming permit, and $300.00 for a special event permit. The City does not process refund requests for cancelled permits less than 72 hours before the scheduled date, or for fully refunded permits within 30 days.
“We want Wrenford’s parks to be safe, accessible, and welcoming for everyone,” said Mayor Danielle Okafor-Price. “Applying early gives us the time we need to review each request carefully and make sure all events meet our safety and accessibility standards.”
Before you submit an application, review the park by-laws and rules to understand operating hours, noise restrictions, and permitted equipment. For a full list of available sites and their specific amenities, visit the Find a City facility page.
Questions about the application process or insurance requirements can be directed to the Parks & Trails team at Wrenford City Hall.
