Find the zoning maps
You can view the official land use bylaw maps online using our interactive map or download the full PDF sheets. The maps show how every property in the city is zoned and what types of buildings are allowed.
Interactive map
Visit the interactive map portal to search your address or parcel number. The portal includes several map layers you can turn on and off, including the Wrenford Growth Plan Map layer that shows planned intensification and new neighbourhood boundaries.
Map Downloads tab
If you prefer printed copies or need to attach a map to a planning application, go to the Map Downloads tab on the portal. You will find PDF sheets of the Zoning Bylaw broken down by ward and zone. These sheets are updated whenever the council approves a by-law amendment.
How to read the maps
Each map uses colour codes and symbols to match the zones listed in the zoning bylaw. For example, residential zones are marked in light green, commercial zones in yellow, and industrial zones in red. If you need help interpreting a zone or a symbol, contact the planning department.
