Harvest on Mercer festival vendor applications now accepted

Applications are now open for vendors, artists, and food producers who want to set up a booth at the Harvest on Mercer festival. The event takes place on Mercer Street downtown this September and brings the community together to celebrate local growers, makers, and businesses.

Wrenford is looking for a mix of handmade crafts, seasonal produce, and local food trucks to line the street. If you run a small business, craft at home, or grow your own vegetables, this is a great chance to share your work with your neighbours. Standard vendor booths cost $150.00 and cover a ten-foot space with a table and two chairs. You will need to bring your own canopy and power if you require electricity.

Applications must be submitted by August 31, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted because we need time to plan the layout, arrange parking detours, and coordinate with Wrenford Transit and the Wrenford Police Service for a safe event.

“Harvest on Mercer is one of our favourite neighbourhood celebrations,” says Marcus Lindqvist, Ward 1 Councillor. “It is a chance for local creators and businesses to connect directly with the people who shop and live here. We want to make sure the process is simple and fair for everyone who wants to participate.”

To apply, fill out the vendor form online or pick up a paper copy at Wrenford City Hall, 100 Mercer Street. We will review all submissions and send out approval letters in early September.
