The City of Wrenford is pleased to announce that the Kingfisher Outdoor Pool and splash pad will open for the summer season on Saturday, June 28, 2025. The facility will remain open daily until Labour Day, September 1, 2025.
Located at 15 Kingfisher Court in the Kingfisher neighbourhood, the site offers a seasonal outdoor pool and a splash pad for younger children. Operating hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., seven days a week. Visitors can purchase drop-in admission or a Leisure Pass for unlimited access. We recommend checking the daily schedule online before you visit, as swim times fill up quickly during peak hours.
"Summer is a wonderful time for our community to come together and enjoy the outdoors," said Fiona Gallagher, General Manager of Community Services. "We are looking forward to welcoming residents back to the Kingfisher Outdoor Pool and splash pad this June."
Tamsin Valley Public Health monitors water quality throughout the season and posts the latest test results on the recreation programs page. Please follow all posted safety rules, including showering before entering the water and supervising children at all times. The splash pad operates on the same days and hours as the pool.
