Westbrook Community Arena ice time booking applications open

Applications are now open for ice time rentals at the Westbrook Community Arena for the upcoming winter season. The two-pad facility, located at 40 Westbrook Drive, serves local hockey leagues, curling clubs, and community skating groups across the Westbrook and Benchlands neighbourhoods.

The City is accepting applications for both prime time and off-peak slots. Priority will be given to established community and school-based organizations that have been operating in Wrenford for more than a year. New groups are welcome to apply, but they will be placed on a waiting list if their preferred times are already reserved.

To book an ice slot, you will need to complete the Facility rental application form. You must also provide a current certificate of insurance that lists the City of Wrenford as an additional insured. Once you have gathered your documents, email everything to [email protected]. Please allow five business days for the Facilities team to review your paperwork and confirm your booking.

"We know how important it is for our local sports leagues to have reliable access to quality ice," says Robert Eng, City Manager. "By opening the booking process early, we can ensure that every group gets a fair chance to secure their regular time slots for the season."

You can view the full schedule of available ice times, rental rates, and skate rental options on the Westbrook Community Arena page. If you have questions about equipment reservations or need help with the application portal, call 519-555-0122 or visit the arena desk during business hours.
