Harvest on Mercer returns to downtown Wrenford on Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The festival will close off Mercer Street between Church and Victoria Streets to bring together local food vendors, craft makers, and live entertainment for the whole family.
You can browse stalls featuring handmade goods, sample treats from neighbourhood bakeries and food trucks, and enjoy music from local bands on the main stage. The event highlights the vibrant shopkeepers and artisans who call our downtown home. Kids will love the face-painting corner and the interactive craft workshop running all afternoon.
"Events like Harvest on Mercer are a wonderful way to celebrate the fall season and support our local businesses," said Mayor Danielle Okafor-Price. "We love seeing the community come together downtown to enjoy good food, great music, and unique shopping."
Plan your trip ahead of time. Park and ride lots will be available at the Benchlands Lookout Park and Riverside Flats Park. Free Wrenford Access shuttles will run every fifteen minutes from both sites to the Mercer Street corridor. The Downtown Transit Terminal will also have limited parking for those who prefer to drive directly to the heart of the festival.
