Fall registration opens August 13 for arts and recreation

Registration for the City of Wrenford’s fall 2024 arts and recreation programs opens on Tuesday, August 13. You can sign up for sports, fitness, swimming lessons, and visual and performing arts classes through the city’s online portal, Wrenford Recreation Online.

Fall registration covers a wide range of activities for all ages. You can register your children for swim lessons, learn-to-skate, and day camps. Teens and adults have access to strength and TRX classes, yoga and pilates, and virtual fitness options. The arts and culture lineup includes year-round drawing, painting, pottery, theatre, dance, and music classes for both youth and adults.

You will find programs at City facilities across the neighbourhoods, including the Tamsin Valley Leisure Centre, Northgate Aquatic Centre, Westbrook Community Arena, and the Fallsview Arts Centre.

“We are excited to bring our community back together through these programs,” says Fiona Gallagher, General Manager of Community Services. “Whether you are looking to try a new sport, pick up an instrument, or just stay active, we have something for everyone in the fall.”

Spaces fill up quickly, so register early. Some programs offer early registration for returning participants, while others open to the public on August 13. If you need fee assistance, you can apply for a Leisure Access Card through Service Wrenford at City Hall or contact the Community Services team.

If you need help registering online, visit the Online registration help page or call 519-555-0100. You can find program details, schedules, and registration links on the Programs page.
