The Northgate Aquatic Centre will close on Wednesday, November 15 for annual winter maintenance. The facility at 910 Northgate Boulevard serves the community with its 50-metre lap pool, dive tank, waterslide, and public skating sessions. The closure will last through mid-January while staff drain, clean, and inspect the pools and mechanical systems.
During the closure, the building will be empty of visitors. Our maintenance teams will test the water quality, replace filters, and check the heating and ventilation equipment. This yearly shutdown ensures safe water and reliable operation when we reopen. If you have a season pass or an upcoming booking, you will receive an email or letter with refund or credit instructions.

The Tamsin Valley Leisure Centre in Benchlands will continue to operate as usual through the winter.
