Wrenford Transit offers convenient and economical charter service for groups of all sizes. Friendly drivers know every corner of the city, making it easy for you to get where you need to go. Charter buses are a great choice for your office outings, birthday parties, conventions, sporting events, weddings, school field trips, or family reunions.
How to reserve your bus
To schedule a charter bus and get a quote, contact the Transit office directly. You should book at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

2026 Charter Rates
All rates are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax. You will need to pay a deposit to confirm your booking.

Booking rules and policies
Please review these important details before you confirm your reservation:
- Cancellation policy: A $110.00 cancellation fee applies if you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the scheduled trip. No-shows are charged the full hourly rate.
- Deposit: A deposit may be required to hold your date. The balance is due on the day of the trip.
- Wait time: The first 30 minutes of wait time at your destination are included. Additional wait time is billed at the standard hourly rate.
- Group size: Standard charter buses seat up to 45 passengers. For larger groups, the Transit office can arrange multiple vehicles or a coach bus upon request.
- Accessibility: All charter vehicles are equipped with wheelchair lifts and securement systems. Let the Transit office know if you require accessible seating when you book.
- Food and drinks: You may bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Keep the bus clean and report any spills to your driver.
