Request a mayoral greeting

Ask Mayor Danielle Okafor-Price to send a letter or card for a special occasion.

What is a mayoral greeting?

You can ask Mayor Danielle Okafor-Price to send a letter or card to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, retirement, or other special occasion. The person or group being celebrated must live or work in Wrenford.

How to request a greeting

Submit your request using the online form or by dropping off a printed copy at the City Clerk’s Office. You must give us at least 15 business days before the date you need the greeting.

  • Fill in the full name and Wrenford address of the person or organisation.
  • State the occasion and the date.
  • Include a short message or organisation logo if you wish (optional).

Special milestones

Requests for an 80th birthday or a 50th anniversary are given priority. We will process these ahead of standard requests when possible.

Processing and delivery

The mayor’s office reviews requests in the order they are received. Once approved, the greeting is mailed from City Hall. Delivery can take up to 10 business days after approval. We cannot guarantee arrival on a specific calendar date, so please plan ahead.
