What these reports show
Procurement reports track every dollar the city spends on goods, services, and construction projects. They help you see where tax dollars go and make sure public money is used fairly. You can find all current and past reports on the Budget page and the city's open data portal.
Quarterly spend summaries
Every three months, the Procurement Office posts a summary of what was bought and how much was spent. These reports cover everything from office supplies and IT equipment to major road and facility contracts. Reports are posted by the last business day of each quarter. You can view the latest summary and download older ones from the open data portal.
Annual procurement report
Each spring, the city releases a full annual report. This document breaks down total spending, highlights the biggest contracts awarded, and tracks progress on supplier diversity goals. It also reviews how well the city followed its own rules and the Procurement policy. The report is written in plain language so anyone can understand it.
Open contracting data
For developers, researchers, or journalists who prefer machine-readable files, the city publishes contract awards in the Open Contracting Data Standard. You can filter by department, contract value, or supplier type. Data is updated monthly.
Procurement policy and code of conduct
The Procurement policy sets the rules for how staff buy things. It covers competitive bidding, conflict of interest, and how suppliers must treat each other. All staff and vendors must follow the policy and its code of conduct. You can read the full document and download a supplier registration form from the links below.
