How the program works
Wrenford Transit offers a 10 per cent discount for companies that purchase 20 or more monthly passes for their employees. This program helps businesses attract and keep staff, reduces the need for employee parking at city facilities, and supports sustainable travel across Wrenford.
The discount applies to adult, youth, post-secondary, and senior monthly passes. To qualify, your company must commit to a minimum of 20 passes and agree to direct monthly billing from the City.

How to register your company
Follow these steps to set up your employer account and get your team riding:
- Complete the Employer Sponsorship Registration Form and submit it to Transit.
- Your account representative will review the application and confirm your company's eligibility.
- Once approved, you will receive an invoice for the first month's passes.
- Provide a list of your employees' names and the pass type required for each.
- Passes are delivered to your company office or mailed to employees within five business days.
Payroll deduction option
You can also arrange for the cost of the passes to be deducted directly from employee paycheques. This is a voluntary benefit that your company can offer to reduce the financial burden on staff. Just let your Wrenford Transit representative know when you register, and they will set up the payroll deduction tracking.
Important details
Passes are valid from the first day of the month through the last day. Employees must carry a valid photo identification at all times while riding. If an employee leaves your company, you must notify Wrenford Transit within 48 hours so the pass can be deactivated. Monthly invoices are due on the 15th of each month. A 2.5 per cent late fee applies after 30 days.
