Westbrook Park Playground Upgrade Complete
The City of Wrenford is pleased to confirm that the playground renovation project at Westbrook Park has been successfully completed. Residents can now enjoy the newly upgraded play structures and safety surfacing in the Benchlands neighbourhood. This improvement was a key part of our 2020 capital infrastructure plan to enhance recreational spaces across the city.
The renovation included the installation of new inclusive play equipment, accessible pathways, and fresh safety surfacing. We worked closely with local contractors to ensure minimal disruption to the community while delivering a high-quality result. The project was funded through the municipal operating budget and received additional support from the provincial Community Infrastructure Fund.
Westbrook Park is located in the Benchlands area, offering easy access for families in the surrounding neighbourhoods. The new equipment meets all current safety standards and is designed to accommodate children of various ages and abilities. We encourage you to visit and share your feedback with us.
