Westbrook Community Centre Rental
You can reserve the Westbrook Community Centre for your events, meetings, or gatherings. This page outlines the rates and policies that were in effect for the 2019 calendar year. Please review the details below to plan your booking.
Rates for 2019
The following fees apply to all rentals at the Westbrook facility. Rates are per hour unless stated otherwise.
- Wrenford Residents: $45.00 per hour
- Non-Residents: $65.00 per hour
- Community Groups (Non-Profit): $25.00 per hour (with valid registration)
A one-time administrative fee of $25.00 applies to all new bookings. Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. If you need help with fees, please check the Fee assistance for leisure centres page for eligibility details.
Booking Policies
You must submit a Facility rental application at least fourteen days before your event. Late applications may be accepted if the space is available, but no guarantee is provided. You must provide proof of liability insurance for events with more than 100 attendees. See Facility rental insurance requirements for more information.
Cancellations made less than seven days before the event will incur a 50% charge. For amendments or cancellations, use the Booking amendment or cancellation process. If you need to modify your booking, contact the recreation office by phone at 519-555-0100 or email [email protected].
Facility Details
The Westbrook Community Centre features a main hall, kitchen facilities, and accessible washrooms. For a full list of features, visit Facility features and amenities. The centre is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Check Facility information and hours for specific opening times and holiday schedules.
