Railside Community Centre Rental
Welcome to the Railside Community Centre. Located in the Railside neighbourhood, this facility is a popular choice for local groups, sports leagues, and private events. We want to make sure your experience is smooth and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Booking Information
You can reserve space at the Railside Community Centre by completing the Facility rental application. Please submit your application at least two weeks before your desired date. For last-minute requests, check our Book a last minute ice slot page or contact the service line at Wrenford 311.
Our staff are available to help you choose the right room for your needs. You can review the Facility features and amenities to see what is included with your rental. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please use the Booking amendment or cancellation process as soon as possible to avoid fees.
2022 Fees
All rates are for the 2022 calendar year. Wrenford residents receive a discount on all rentals. Non-residents pay the full rate. Please see the Facility rental rates page for the complete fee schedule.
- Wrenford Residents: $45.00 per hour for community rooms.
- Non-Residents: $75.00 per hour for community rooms.
- Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of $100.00 is required for all bookings.
If you are a Wrenford resident and need help with costs, you may be eligible for Fee assistance for leisure centres. Please speak with a staff member at the front desk or call 519-555-0100.
Insurance and Rules
You must have liability insurance to book any space. Review the Facility rental insurance requirements carefully before submitting your application. We also ask that you follow our Facility information and hours regarding noise and cleanup.
