Fallsview Community Centre Rental
You can book the Fallsview facility for meetings, social gatherings, and private events. The centre is located in the Fallsview neighbourhood. Please read the policies below before you submit your application.
Booking Policies
You must submit a [[Facility rental application | Facility Rental Application]] at least fourteen days before your event. Last-minute requests are not guaranteed. You must pay the full rental fee at the time of booking. If you need to change or cancel your booking, you must follow the rules in [[Booking amendment or cancellation | Booking Amendment or Cancellation]].
All users must carry liability insurance. You must provide proof of insurance that meets the City’s standards before you use the space. If you do not have insurance, you can purchase it through the City’s recommended provider for a fee.
Set-up and clean-up time is included in your rental period. You must leave the area in the same condition you found it. Failure to clean up may result in a cleaning fee. You may bring in your own food and beverage, but you must remove all trash. Alcohol is only permitted if you have a special liquor licence and have paid the additional fee.
2021 Rental Rates
The following rates apply to bookings made in 2021. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
- Residents: $75.00 per hour
- Non-Residents: $125.00 per hour
- Non-Profit Organizations (Wrenford only): $50.00 per hour
A minimum of two hours is required for all bookings. The maximum booking time is eight hours per day. You must pay a refundable deposit of $200.00 for resident bookings and $500.00 for non-resident bookings. The deposit is returned within thirty days if there is no damage.

Facility Features
The Fallsview centre has a large main hall, a commercial kitchen, and accessible washrooms. The space is suitable for weddings, banquets, and community meetings.
