Wrenford property tax notices mailed to residents starting April 1

The City of Wrenford is mailing property tax notices to residents starting April 1, 2026. These notices include your interim and final tax bills for the current year. If you do not receive your notice by April 15, please contact us so we can update your mailing information.

Your tax bill is split into two parts. The interim bill covers half of the year and is due on the last business day of February and April. The final bill covers the rest of the year and is due on the last business day of June and September. We send these notices early so you have plenty of time to budget and pay.

"Our goal is to make property tax payments as simple and stress-free as possible for every resident," says Leah Thibodeau, GM Corporate Services and City Treasurer. "Setting up a pre-authorized payment plan means you will never miss a due date, and you can pay in smaller, manageable amounts throughout the year."

You can pay your property tax bill in several ways. The easiest option is through online banking using your account number from your tax notice. You can also pay in person at the Service Wrenford counter in Wrenford City Hall, or by calling 519-555-0100. If you need to spread out your payments, sign up for a pre-authorized payment plan. This lets you pay monthly instead of waiting for the big due dates.

If you also have questions about your water bill, water notices are sent every two months. You can manage both your property tax and water accounts through the My Wrenford portal or by visiting City Hall.
