The Benchlands Folk Festival is set to bring its annual celebration of local and national music to Benchlands Lookout Park this August. Organizers announced the 2026 lineup of headliners today, promising three days of live performances, food vendors, and community workshops.
The festival runs from August 8 to 10. It will feature over forty acts across three stages. Headliners include The Riverbend Collective, a roots-rock band from the region, and singer-songwriter Mara Lin. Local performers will also take the stage at the family-friendly kids' zone and the evening main stage.
"The Benchlands Folk Festival has grown into a cornerstone of our summer calendar, bringing neighbours together to celebrate music and culture right here in our city," said Councilor Helen Marchetti, Ward 6. "This year's lineup reflects the incredible talent in Southwestern Ontario and beyond, and we are thrilled to welcome visitors back to the park."
Residents can pick up free festival maps at Wrenford City Hall or download them from the News & Events page. Parking is available at the Civic Operations Centre lot, with free shuttle service running every fifteen minutes from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on event nights.
