The City of Wrenford is pleased to announce that Wrenford Ice Days will take place on Family Day weekend, February 15 and 16, 2025, at Riverside Flats Park. This year’s festival will feature live music, local food vendors, and a full schedule of family-friendly winter activities for residents of all ages.
Headliners for the weekend include the Benchlands Bluegrass Band on Friday evening and the Riverside Flats Youth Choir performing on Saturday afternoon. The event will also feature a snow sculpture contest, a children’s snow maze, and free ice skating on the outdoor rink. Local businesses from the Downtown Wrenford Business Improvement Area will set up pop-up market stalls along the Tamsin River Trail, giving visitors a chance to browse handmade crafts and seasonal treats.
Residents who want to participate as vendors or volunteers are encouraged to register early. The City’s Economic Development team is currently accepting applications for food vendor spaces and community booths. You can submit your application online or pick up a form at Wrenford City Hall. Volunteer sign-ups for event day helpers will open on December 15. All participants must review the event safety guidelines and insurance requirements before registering.
