The City of Wrenford has updated the ice resurfacing schedule at Eastfield Twin Arenas, effective Monday, November 10, 2025. The changes are designed to better support the growing demand for Learn to Skate programs, drop-in hockey, and public skating sessions as we enter the heart of the winter season.
Starting next week, the ice at both rinks will be resurfaced daily at 8:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 4:30 p.m. These times have been selected to minimize disruption to your favourite activities. Public skating hours remain unchanged, and all scheduled league games and lessons will continue as posted.
"We know how important consistent ice conditions are for skaters of all ages," said Fiona Gallagher, General Manager of Community Services. "By adjusting the resurfacing windows, we can keep the ice in top shape while making sure your drop-in sessions and lessons run smoothly all season long."
