The City of Wrenford is now accepting applications for arena floor and fieldhouse bookings for the Fall 2025 season. You can reserve indoor space at the Westbrook Community Arena and the Eastfield Twin Arenas for practices, tournaments, and community meetings.
Applications cover the period from September 1 to November 15, 2025. The deadline to submit your completed forms is Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
To apply, log in to the online booking portal or pick up a paper form at the Service Wrenford counter. Once you submit your application, you will need to upload your liability insurance certificate and pay the required deposit. Bookings are not confirmed until both steps are complete.
We want to make sure local sport clubs and community groups have reliable access to indoor space as the weather turns cooler, said Fiona Gallagher, General Manager of Community Services. Submitting your application early helps us balance the schedule and ensures everyone gets the floor time they need.
Please review the cancellation rules before you finalize your request. Standard deposits are refundable if you give the required notice, but late cancellations may incur a fee.
